Genesis.Ads system is a fully web enabled advertising
booking program for magazine publishers.
Utilising the latest ASP and .NET technology the Genesis.ADS
system can be run from any location, whether it be office
or remote, and is entirely browser based. This means sales
and administration staff can be located anywhere in the
world, drastically reducing overhead costs and greatly
improving efficiency and productivity. Sales staff
have the benefit of a powerful CRM system that has been
specially deigned to meet the changing nature of advertising
sales. Offline and online campaigns can be organised
and monitored by teams. Reporting and account management
is centric in providing proper trend information. Reminders
and prompts can be auto emailed to individuals to ensure
essential follow ups and integration with diaries and
programs such as MS Outlook©
The booking process is fully integrated with email
confirmation and customer acceptance is captured from
individual IP lookups and recorded with the booking
reference, eliminating the traditional paper trail but
at the same time ensuring a “digitally signed”
precise customer receipt.
 Connected via a secure payment gateway, direct credit
card payment can be made in real time therefore reducing
the need for administrative and accounting staff.
With the addition of the Genesis.Pages module, sales
staff can plan and layout their pages so that designers,
remote or office based, can instantly see which repeat
adverts need to be retrieved. New advertisements or
copy changes are recorded by sales or admin staff onto
the system and uploaded to the planning module via a
web interface.
Sales staff will quickly familiarise themselves with
the easy navigation and user friendly interface allowing
them more time to concentrate on winning sales and contacting
valuable customers.
Genesis.Ads is hosted as a Application Server Program
(ASP) which means that there is no costly hardware or
software investment for publishers. We offer an initial
one off set-up fee to personalise the front-end and
customise the user interface and a simple pay-per-seat
licence agreement which is charged on a monthly, or
quarterly basis.
Users of the Genesis.ADS system just require just a
PC or MAC with broadband internet access.
