A dynamic ASP web site providing group stock list facility and update facility fully searchable by model, price and year. Results are returned with a printable list which is linked to more detailed pages including photographs.

Clients can fully manage update of data and pictures.


Campaign Module

Facility to input current marketing / manufacturer campaigns by model, searchable by month, for viewing by sales person. Automatic notification of these campaigns is generated when a sales person enters that model during an enquiry. Automatic Letter Generation Module

This facility generates data for follow up letters automatically, overnight, and sends them via STMP to client’s local area network. Letters include;

  •   - ‘thank you for your enquiry’
  •   - ‘your finance agreement is about to end’
  •   - ‘we are just updating your records’
  •   - ‘extended warranty’
  •   - ‘happy birthday’


Transaction Reporting

Facility for sales staff to log full transaction details including;
